Students flock to meet storage star Bluebell the cow

Students turned out in their droves to queue for a selfie with the Store First cow, Bluebell, this week.

Bluebell embarked on her first-ever adventure into pastures new when the Store First self-storage Preston team bundled her into the van for a day out on Monday.

And where better to introduce Bluebell to her adoring public, than the UCLan Freshers' Fair?!

The bolshy blue and yellow cow stood proudly next to our stand at the fair, which was held at the University of Central Lancashire's Student Union, in Preston. 

And while our stashes of fun freebies, like Store First sunglasses and pizza cutters which double up as bottle openers, wowed the swag-hungry crowds, Bluebell was undoubtedly the star of the show.

Store First marketing executive Emma said: "We turned up with ample supplies of sweets, mugs and freebies to give away to students but it was clear they only wanted to meet Bluebell. She's only been a member of the Store First team for a few months, but it's clear to see she's already the main attraction."
