It is always encouraging for a growing business to get positive customer reviews and Store First is so grateful to its customers for taking the trouble to sing our praises.

It is important for us to know that we are getting things right and were we are not that we review what we do and change it.

Since joining FEEFO and giving our customers the opportunity to provide feedback we have achieved a 97% positive rating.

It has been a very hectic year for us at Store First, we have added more self storage space to out portfolio than any other self storage company in the UK and continue to innovate and champion value for money and openness about pricing in the self storage industry.

It is sometimes easy to forget during periods of rapid growth about what really matters, our customers and its great to see that you really appreciate what we have to offer and the way that we carry out our day to day business in such an honest and open way.
