Lancashire storage company Store First sponsored a fundraising night to help raise money for children’s charity Barnardo’s.

Store First, which has storage centres in Blackburn and Burnley, offered its support to the Urban event at the Frog and Bucket Comedy Club in Preston.

The evening of entertainment celebrated the arts of city life and included a dance show by local act Street Monkeys, as well as performances from singers, bands and DJs from the area.

Guests were wowed by graffiti artists, who created pieces of art in front of the crowd on the night.

The event raised more than £500 for Barnardo’s.

Event organiser Jamie Runciman said: “I’d like to take this opportunity on behalf of everybody who was involved in the event to say thank you to everyone at Store First for kindly agreeing to sponsor us. The event was a massive success - everyone had a fantastic night and we raised just over £500 for Barnardos.”
